How do we proceed?
1.Quickly submit a repair request on our website
2. The item to be repaired will be collected by us free of charge
3. We perform a free analysis.
4. You will receive a quote without obligation via email and approve it if you think this is OK
5. Suminvent will repair your piece and return it to you
What happens if you cannot repair the piece?
If the part can no longer be repaired economically or technically, you will receive feedback about this. <br> You are then free to have the item recycled by Suminvent in an environmentally friendly way or to collect it back.
What if a part still shows defects after it has been returned?
Suminvent works with a “No cure, no pay” guarantee, if the item cannot be repaired then this is free of charge for the customer. <br> If a piece (very exceptionally!!!) does not work on arrival, we will overhaul it. <br> The electronics world is very extensive, depending on which parts you supply, testing may only be possible in the machine itself. Although very exceptional, the piece can be delivered with the request to test the piece on site. If the test does not lead to good results, you will of course return the item for an overhaul.
Can you repair everything?
Of course not, but do not hesitate to consult us. The problem often lies where one would not suspect it.
I have a brand xxx device. Can you fix this too?
We always repair at component level, so it doesn't matter to us what brand your device is.
It is always advisable to provide as much documentation about the device as possible (manual, connection diagram, etc.) so that we can also do tests if necessary.
I am a private consumer. Can you help me too ?
We mainly focus on the industrial market. But you can also contact us as a private customer. Please keep in mind that repairs start at a repair price of 125 € + VAT.
How are the repairs carried out internally at Suminvent?
Suminvent has a very well qualified team with Dr. Ir Marc Vergalle as technical director. We have the most high-tech analytical equipment, X-Ray devices, etc… we also have particularly high-tech equipment at our disposal to carry out the necessary repairs. Our self-developed software allows a seamless matching of file follow-up and technical know-how. The decades of experience are well supported by a good workflow and high-tech equipment.
How am I informed?
Suminvent has a portal website where you can follow up every case or file. You can consult the status, download invoices, consult quotations, etc… If this is not enough, you can also install our app and you will be kept informed in real-time of the latest developments in your case/file.
