Standard/urgent repair with pre-defined conditions

Suminvent repairs your electronic devices and PCB’s in two flavors, standard and urgent repairs. Standard repairs are executed after having received a free analysis and quote for the repair of your broken device. Urgent repairs are executed in time and material.

Analysis and debugging

When repairing, an analysis is first made of where the problem is located.

Root Cause Analysis

Ever wondered why a device keeps failing on very specific points? Suminvent offers root cause analysis to detect what goes wrong every time that the same point fails. This is very useful information in order to modify the design of the electronics. We deliver a detailed report of the found defective parts or components.

Quality Checks

In order to provide top-quality repairs, every repaired electronic device has been tested when leaving our premises.

Burn-In Testing

For companies demanding for a thorough testing we provide burn-in testing. Together with the customer a list of required metrics is created on which our burn-in testing is based. We provide pre-defined levels of heat, humidity and dust in a conditioned environment to execute our burn-in tests.

Design of QC or Burn-in test systems

If necessary, we design a proprietary test-system for QC and Burn-in testing.

Cleaning and Re-coating

The PCB’s leaving our premises can be cleaned and/or re-coated depending on the wishes of the customer.

Replacing aging components

The aging components on the PCB can be replaced if necessary. Suminvent can advise the customer on which components need to be replaced and how old they can be on the replacement date.

Warranty

A warranty period of 6 months is offered on our repairs by default.
